We say that India is developing because India has still not been able to provide all the necessities of life. whereas countries like U.S have been able to do so to a large extent and hence are called developed.
India is still in a developing stage when compared to other developed countries.if india develope in the field of cleanliness, constructions,patriotism,, and other areas india would come under developed countries list soon.

DEVELOPING COUNTRY and will always be developing only......... reason is ILLITERATE RULERS AND CARELESS CITIZENS.. HERE EDUCATED ONES ARE DOING JOBS AND ILLITERATES RULE GOVT WHICH DEALS WITH COUNTRY'S DEVELOPMENT.
