hi........ if u want to just visit manila then u can go anytime. but if u want snow and snow fall then u need to wait.. go there in jan to feb midlle. its really a beautiful place. u can find peace of mind there.
pls stay at hotel sunpark... its not too much costly and looks/service are really good

Good season. you can definitely go. You will find snow at rohtang. Please avoid after november there will be unbearable cold. Go before november.
