Hey dude, a cent used in india for land measure derives from the fact that an acre is made of 100 cents (i.e. 1 cent = 1acre/100)
which comes to 435.60 square feet.

There is another way of measuring the land that is ares. this is different from acres.

100 cents is 1 acor-it depend's it can be from 25rs for a squar meter.it's like 250rs in location location.it could go up to a 2500/-rs for a square feet.just be more specific where ur looking for land.

I think you must have got confused. A percent cannot be used on its own as a measure of land area. Did you mean a hectare?
