and in mumbai the persons who are involved in bollywood is mere 5% of the total poplutaion.

yes and no - alot still do - but even the ones who wear 'western' clothes its no way as bold as the visiting tourists are 'allowed' to wear!!!!

I mean especially in daytime....at night in some of the clubs it was a different story! lol

They might call it corruption - but if you are very strict - it can have the opposite affect...its kinda one extreme to the other - whereas the western world is more chilled out about dress code etc :-)
