I do not understand the motive behind your question, which gives a statement without any proper supporting to say - why you think it is so. However, I strongly differ from your view on the subject.

India is still one of the best countries practicing secularism, democracy and freedom of speach to people. This is coupled with vast resources, very nice people, abundant help for any crisis, great opportunities and respect to individuality. Guess there are not many countries left with these qualities out there.

If you are talking about terrorism, name the country or land which is not affected by this phenomenon now. This is very bad, yet it is happening, despite everyone swearing against it. If that is your criteria, then there is no land on earth you can live in.

Instead of making statements, can you think about the solution for the problem which prompted you to make this statement. Guess that should do wonders, to you, to country and to mankind.

No, there is place is many to and courage to stay in India these place like North West near Punjab is unsafe because there is terrorism which they wanted to destroy the if there is good politians to stop will be safer to live in northern side of indian southern is safe place till no news of unsafe.

Some places may be little unsafe, so that is all cities and in all countries in the world. Do not generalize as India is unsafe.

this stuff happens in every country and especially in a place like bombay.. bombay has been suffering since a long time, especially when it comes to hindu-muslim disputes.. have you guys heard of the riots in 1993? its not like everyone in bombay moved out after that.. its the nature of people in bombay to go with the flow.. one day they have a big explosion but that doesn't stop them from living.. its the difference between people who just go down with one big blow and people in bombay.. seriously, ur question is like someone asking "Is america an unsafe country to live?"
