i am an indian so i would definitely say YES! but even if i weren't i will still say YES!! because its a really beautiful country. india is the best place where you can practically see and experience unity in diversity! india has many cultures,
languages, religions, food, clothing, festivals, dance forms, music, etc. etc...... the list goes on! really! there is something for everyone here. if you want to visit during summer then you will enjoy the hill stations. and right now (in november and december) it is the misic season in south india (tamil nadu) and many more things. for some detailed information go to:
