If you go alone or nobody with you is used to living in india it is not safe.
If you are going with your family then its safe.
Make sure to not leave your personal belongings unatended

YES it's safe as long as you don't go to Mathura U.P.and if you go there it may be safe as long as you don't go to the bank of Yamuna and see the smiling face of that beautiful bluish cowherd boy, Krishna playing on His flute.
