Yes. Bollywood is there so you can also meet all the indian celebrities they are very pretty . THEY ARE VERY VERY VERY PRETTY

It is safe to go out late at night at Mumbai.Watch out for Mumbai Police Nakabandis (checkposts).If you cross one you must have a solid identification or a equally solid reason as to why you are roaming late at night.Besides never hire a cab or rick in which there is a partner/colleague of the driver sitting with him.And never ever wear gold or carry expensive mobile handsets in hand.You could be robbed/mugged.

Yes it is, but after 2am everything closes officially, they are a few places that are open but the entrance is through the back door. again it all depends what you want to do and who you are with..
Plus they are some private invitation only parties.. that last the night, again that is all underground stuff.

Yes its safe to commute in Mumbai late night. As its a city connected with film line & has cosmopolitan outlook towards life. Its said the day starts in Mumbai at night. Best if you use Taxi for commuting. Majority of Taxi drivers in Mumbai are very cooperative & extra attentive when a female passenger is traveling. I have seen some taxi drivers keep waiting & watching to make sure that the female passanger has entered the main gate of their building, but still be alert, exceptions are always there.
