Is Rs 20,000 a week a good salary for an IT trainer in Goa, India?
When you consider that a meal at a restaurant is about 150 rupees and a double air conditioned room is 600 rupees a night you will be living a life of luxury.
ENJOY IT!!

well for indians it would be sort of a dream come true, cuz most indians earn like 30,000 per month...but comparing it to other countries, its really low. if ur living there to attend college then that would be a great job, but if ur planning to work there and then go back to some other country..u won't have enough money to start living else where

Well it is certainly good sum considering indian entry level salaries. But when compared to average first world incomes of the same categories, it fares pretty low.
This needs to be considered, because cost of living in indian cities is rocketing skywards, and is nearly on par with many American cities like Chicago.
