Nothing to compare, both are INdia's states, both are still developing day by day, both have highly developed ancient culture, both have different laguages, different food habits, different dresses. Inspite of many similarities and differences, they call themselves Indian, they are well knitted with each other. This we call unity in diversity. India is not a country of a particular race & religion, its a continental-we will find all main four weathers all over, many religions, many laguages, many different looks, many cultures, hottest & coolest places, heavy rainy places, snowy states, really its a wonder on this earth. |

It is not that South India is more developed than North India;parts of North India have great infrastrature etc,but the South Indians are more orderly,and advanced educationally,where as the North Indians are more stronger physically capable of more hard work.But it seems things move more faster in the North than South due to politics. |

can't say, may be south india has more intellect as compared to the north, and resources such as education are more uniformly distributed among rural and urban. it definitely faces less extremes of whether, since it is a peninsula, and is better plce to live. it sector is coming up in a big way too. |
