In a news channel it was told on Sunday that on 13th everything will be closed in Mumbai because of Kashmir fights.Because of this my dad is not allowing me to go out n enjoy on 13th as its my birthday tomorrow.Is the news true?I dun understand how can anything happen in Mumbai because of the Kashmir fights?Will the Mumbaikars stay in house because of the news?It was shown in just 1 channel not in other news channels.Should 1 beleive this news?
U say it was shown on 1 channel but I have not come across any channel mentioning of bandh on 13th. It might be just to keep the people informed of any untoward incidence that may erupt due to trouble in the vally.

There could be some intelligence that the security forces have received that terrorists may strike some places in Mumbai. So naturally there might have been warning to general public. So your parents have warned you not to go out on 13th. So keep safe.
One day not going out is not big deal. So be safe and be at home.
