YES - DELHI IS CROWDED CITY

WHY????

1. Slow Moving Traffic : You have Three Wheelers, Cycle Rickshaws, on the road which cannot drive faster, so they decide the traffic speed in Delhi.

2. Everybody in Delhi is in Hurry, Yet no one reachs destination on time. Since in ones hurry, he delays another one....

3. Yes we have most vehicles in Delhi, than any other metro city...you can confirm this.

4. Markets/Shops on roads also contribute to these traffic jams, as people park their Cars on Road, and help creating Jams....

There are other cities like mumbai which is more crowded. But delhi taxi and auto drivers are rash, the road condition is also bad. Definitely, the capital of a country should be more neat and tidy, disciplined and efficient. Unfortunately no standards are laid down for a capital.

we can't really say that delhi is the one& only crowded city... but i agree with yu in rash driving... here autos, taxis, buses, no vehicle will respect traffic rules... we r really in a bad sitiuation..(having a capital like this) mumbai is also much crowded but there we can't see rash driving... but delhi is really very cool & rocking because of it's climate, places, hisorical monuments..

I cannot say that delhi is the one and only crowded city. There are many other cities that are really crowded and busy all time. This bad condition must be controlled and the city must be kept clean, but no one is taking necessary steps for that. There are many beautiful places in delhi. Actually Mumbai is the most crowded. And u would be surprised, travel to the rest of the metropolitans in India and come back. Ull fall in luv with Delhi and its wonderful infrastructure!

well delhi is crowded but its not the only crowded city in india..roads are in poor condition yes and people drive quite rashly but i would disagree with the person above who says theres no rash driving in mumbai..if u really think there's no rash driving in mumbai..take a look at the roads...theres barely anyroad to drive so the question of driving rashly does not arise..i am from mumbai and have been to delhi and im sorry to say mumbai is much more crowded than delhi...in delhi you still see a lot of open spaces..another city that is very crowded i have heard is kolkatta though i cannot vouch for it since i havnt seen it.. that said...something needs to be done about the capital's cleanliness and infrastructure before it can come even an inch close to the capitals' in other developed and developing countries
