India is good place to visit, there are many hidden meanings which can be known from its culture and diversity. Art of yoga, karma , different languages and their diversities, different people and their unity among them. Over all many famous places to visit like Taj Mahal 7 wonder of the world, Golden Temple Amristar, Punjab, Rameshwaram, where we can see the under sea bridge between India and Ceylon(Srilanka) which was laid many many centuries ago, and many more places.....

I can only say that India is a fantastic country Tigers Taj Mahal & Temples The people whilst poor are lovely and always wanting to please. Watch out for the rickshaw drivers though they will take you everywhere except where you want to go. Drink only bottled water of course and not too many ice cold drinks. Take no notice of those who say it is filthy, so are parts of London for that matter.

if ur just gonna whine about how dirty india is then this is not the place for you. if u would like to know more about the culture then yes. there r many good places to see. of course the taj mahal (one of the 7 wonders), punjab (a beautiful place), etc etc. of course there r gonna b places full of poverty but that shouldnt stop u from visiting this beautiful exotic country.

Have been there twice, but not recently. Some fascinating stuff!!!
Don't miss Ftahepur Sikhri, about 20 miles from Taj Mahal.Jaipur (Amber Fort, Hawa Mahal) is also worth a trip, as is the entire state of Rajhastan. Didn't get to go to Udaipur, but wish I had to see the hotel in the middle of the lake. Elephanta Caves also very interesting.
