We are two students from California planning to travel around India this August for 2-3 weeks. Not knowing much about India, we came up with the following route:
I like it, it is rich in culture and scenery with a climate which means sunbathing one day in the south, and then ski ing in the North. Like many countries but more appropriate in India, if you have money life there is fantastic!

it really depends on how accepting you can be. A vast part of the country is still very dirty. the infrastructure is not very good, the roads, electricity, public transport, all need improvement. But the people are generally warm and friendly. Terrorism from Pakistan is a problem in the northern part of the country. But on the whole, it's not a bad country to live in, Like I said, it all depends on how accepting you can be.

Sure...You will get a variety here. Nice people, good climate, peace, good food, what more would one require to live in a country. India is the best.
