Tea in India is made by boiling water with milk, sugar and tea powder.. and many times they boil it for like 5-7 minutes, so since the water is boiled there is not risk because of "tea" as such..
but the cups used might not be clean :D
So beware of road side tea shops, hotels..
basically you'll be able to make out if the place is clean enough.. if you find it decent enough then only take the risk to eat/drink there. |

Surely, not only safe but extremely pleasant too.
You would not like your tea once you taste spice tea, mint tea, ginger tea, tulsi tea, green leaf tea and any combination of the above.
Remember India is one of the largest exporter of tea. |

Boiled water (which is used in tea) is fine, because the process of boiling water kills the bacteria. |
