Free calls from India to Poland and vice -versa can be made online using SKYPE or any other online communication software, although SKYPE is the most commonly used. All you need is a computer and a microphone which I will assume are available for your use either in your place of residence, or at an Internet cafe. If you have a webcam you could also see each other which will probably be a nice way to keep in touch. Calling cards are a cheaper way to communicate, but offer less minutes to talk than the online option.
