Adultery is prohibited by law. Better choose some other destination like Thailand, phillipines, Hongkong where they may be more sympathetic to western tourists.

Yes there are laws preventing these kind of activities in hotel, motels. Police may or may not raid depending on information they receive. If you are caught then you would be soup. Both your parents would be called who needs to bail you both out.
