No. Because no matter how small, if it's not one worry it's another. And as soon as we get a worry out of the way, we just then focus on another worry. it is a never ending cycle and although we just wish everyone would be happy, and worryless, unfortunately, its just not possible.

Down's people usually have no worries or thoughts of trouble because they don't have the curse of overthinking everything, competing with someone else, and the greed for money.

There will NEVER be peace because the greed for money is permanent. We are an insatiable society and that is why no relationship, no possession will ever be enough.

Yes it is possible. People can use other words to describe worries, like "concerns". Worry has a negative connotation as opposed to a concern, but basically the end is similar.
Making the world "most" friendly, peaceful and helpful starts with the individual. You can make your world that way and so it will be.

Yes I can LOVE someone with no good reason whatsoever, I just saw and sort of met a girl at the food market- and I love her, she's exactly what I could ever dream of... For no good reason at all other than her appearance, demeanor and attitude. "outward appearance and my perception.

We could tell ourselves to focus in the moment. Don't let the past get to us since we can't fix the past. Since we can't predict the future, we just as well don't worry about it.

Yes, we should give love without attachment. We have to love ourselves first before we know how to love other people. That's call self love.
