it fine to go Goa during monsoon, As U can still have lots of fun, U can see heritage sites, temples, churches, river cruises, lakes and other sites along with beautiful beaches.
Only thing is that its will be raining most of the time and U wont be able to do swimming at beaches.
If U like rain do visit, or else go somewhere else. But in Goa U wont regrete.

yes you can enjoy your holiday. there are lat of things in Goa to visit like beach,temple,big_foot(museum).if your visiting Goa for first time be awe of thief's in market.always try to ewer of yourself.all so you can visit Asia's largest Church.

Those who love rains will enjoy Goa in the monsoon. In August it may not be raining heavily though .
