Let me tell you that you used ''Lovely climate '' in Bangalore City.Climate is a fixed thing depending upon the position of the place on the Globe , that is depending upon its Laltitude and Longitudes.People mistake it for weather.Weather is the seasonal thing that comes goes.It may be cloudy,shiny,windy etc make you feel happy and think it is a beautiful day.
(perhaps you may know it ..then pardon me)
Bangalore once used to be like OOTY.But because of the erosion of beautiful gardens,trees and greenery over the time, and expansion of city and due to a lot of Concrete apartments coming up its temperatures have risen and it lost much of its Natural Beauty and the Climatic changes occurred.Now though Bangalore is better it used to be so Beautiful and people used to like it much.It is a fact those days are gone.Bangalore is no more a CITY OF GARDENS .Once it used to be called so and Mysore THE CITY OF PALACES.

I live in Cuddpah city.It is summer always here.

I second Radhakrishna's opinion. Bangalore as I know it in my childhood days is gone. It was a laid back, naturally beautiful, peaceful city where many planned to settle at after retirement.

Today, it is filled with noise, greed, pollution, concrete, automobiles -- just another big city of India.

Whatever climate that you see there today remains because of the altitude from mean sea level.

Delhi is equally pleasant. There is a suspicion of cold in the weather but days are warm.In fact, October is the most pleasant normally here. Next month Marshall Winter will come with a heavy thudd and send sould scurrying home.
