I would suggest , instead of going to a ladies hostel first, pl stay for a few days in YMCA women's hostel, which is safe. After gathering information reg safety, cleanliness, food etc , you can choose the right hostel for your sister, Good Luck |

a) Join YWCA (Young women christain association)
b) RED cross also runs hostel for working women under the control of Deputy commisioner
c) Try bed & breakfast search for that city. |
