The Original Pune boys & Pune girls , by themselves, R a Class apart. Many of them R very fair, have blue eyes & golden hair. They look down upon all else as rifraff and mingle among themselves. A real PUNERI boy wont even condescend to look @ an outsider non PUNERI girl. Hence girls R safer in Pune.
As for Puneri GIRLS, well, they R veritable Jhansi Ki Ranees, zooming on their bikes with faces covered behind kerchiefs, & can certainly look after themselves. They R so egoistic, that they reject matrimonial offers from Mumbai based boys
as from inferiors. |

By and large, yes. Obviously girls should observe simple precautions such as not wandering out alone late at night. The mentality of Delhi-ites is quite a lot more aggressive than that of the average Punekar. Pune is quite a peaceful city that has only now become an overcrowded metropolis. But the general laid back attitude prevails. In Delhi a lot of people have the attitude that they can get away with anything, thanks to their political patrons, or general devil may care attitude, or the dangerous combination of both. I am not reflecting any inherent animosity towards the Delhi-ite but years of actual experience from visits there leave this impression stamped in my mind. From what I understand, my opinion is shared by a lot of other people who do not live in North India. |

yes it is absolutely safe if a girl is in her limits im from pune n as far as i know pune is the best place to be pune is more forward than even mumbai which is known as a bollywood city |
