From shirdi you can go down to Manmad which is an hour's drive away.There is a nice sikh gurudwara there which you can visit.Further on is Nashik ,where you can visit Trimbakeshwar and kala ram mandir and many good temples.Nashik is also famous for Chivda(a spicy mixture of rice flakes).
