Himachal Pradesh is very beautiful...has many hill stations and major pilgrimage spots like Kullu Manali, Shimla, Chail, Siddha Shakti temples etc ; Goa, Mysore, Banglore, Musorie, Nainital , Vaishno Devi etc are the few I know and are worth visiting

How could you miss the magnificent Orissa(Odisha) ??Orissa has a lot to offer a tourists.Bhubaneswar,Puri,Konark has thousands of years of old temples.Beautiful beaches of Gopalpur,Puri will make you nostalgic.Amazing lake Chilika will bound you with her beauty.

Ellora & ajanta caves are very beautiful place,it is in Maharashtra state , in Aurangabad District.It is safe place.

PLEASE DO NOT POLLUTE THESE PLACES TO SAVE ANCIENT PAINTINGS IN CAVE. DO NOT COME ALONG WITH WASTE MATERIALS.

you mentioned the Himalayas, so make sure you visit Chitwan National Forest if you are going to Nepal too. There you can ride an elephant through the jungle. and trust me that is insane!

visit, Mother Theresa's site in Calcutta (her apartment and choose another one of the many places she opened like the Dying Destitute or the orphanage. I didn't think it would be as amazing as it was but woah. its worth it.
