One of my friend is going to Brisbane from mumbai today, but he is first going to bangkok and from there, he will catch another connecting flight after about an hour... but on the ticket from mumbai to bangkok the departure time from mumbai is 23.30 and the arrival time at bangkok is 5.30, what i would like to know it this that, whether the arrrival time at bangkok is the local time of which city? bangkok or mumbai??

The local time of bankok is 7 hours ahead of IST. so if it 23.30 in India simutaneously it will be 6.30 in Bankok. so the plane reaches bankok at 5.30 according to the local time of mumbai.
