U can visit any beach resorts on ECR.........ideal beach, blue lagoon, temple bay, etc.

I suggest "Mudaliyarkuppam" beyond Mahabalipuram towards Pondy and it is situated in a pictursque location with Boat House and Back Waters. Try it yaar

Neelankarai Beach on ECR (East Coast Road) or GRT Temple Bay Resort, or if your pockets are deep, Taj Fisherman's Cove.
All the above beaches are less crowded than Beasant Nagar beach.
