These are good months to be in South India. You can be in Ooty / Kodaikanal / Mysore / Bangalore / anywhere nearer coast - if you like bit hot noontimes.

You can be in Himachal Pradesh / Uttaranchal. These are good places but far off and bit cumbersum to travel to.

If you are in Maharashtra, Mahabaleshwar is tops. Another place is Amboli - a good place to be in but far off from Mumbai. U need to travel either on Goa highway or connect from Kolhapur. But worth it. Quite and dense forests around, cool, sparsely crowded.

Any and every place all over India, North, South East and West are good at this time. It is peak tourist time. We were doing some bookings- is all full at places.
