As a passenger, you get very good options and competitive fares - beneficial for the passengers. Just a little home work and you can strike a very good deal.
To overcome difficulty to choose, see which one serves you most - your schedules, comforts, budget, flying returns, add-on benefits..... |

When I flew to Florida this summer we took South West. They were cheap and very pleasant. We had no delays! |

Continental. usually great prices. Northwest is cheap, and ok, but not the best. Delta is over rated, and American has lost my bags four times in the past two years. Southwest would be better if they had better prices and better seats. Also, expedia, orbitz, and all those other websites are not always the cheapest. Insider trick -- check the price on expedia or orbitz, and then go to the airlines actual web page -- usually (and Ill say 90%) its cheaper. Plus, if you sign up for their free airmile program, they usually give you bonus points for buying online. |
