Your question is too generic.

I have not visited all places in India yet. I have travelled to few major cities called A1 or A1+ deg. cities such as New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and other class of cities such as Trichy, Madurai, Coimbatore and so on.

Fortunately for Delhi-ites, their is city is now an advanced city as they have a metro running. Kolkata has already one in place. Mumbai and Chennai posses urban trains. Bangalore will soon have one, Hyderabad not sure is going to have one such in a decade.

hmm... well Bangalore is where i am currently staying and vote it as best for me for the time being.
