It's difficult to handle in this forum. India has a long tradition and existence. It's very difficult to concise such a long period in a short answer here. My suggestion : why don't you ask several questions, one by one, related to a particular aspect about India? Hope you understand.
Another way : buy Lonely Planet &/or Foot Print book ( latest ). It gives a concise information about civilisation, history and geography of India. It also provides detailed information about several important tourist points / sites. Almost 1000+ pages packed with such information. Might give you basic idea about India.
Feel free to email me your questions. I can certainly give some information to you wherever possible. |
