There are several trains from Ahmedabad to Jaipur.
3 trains Ashram Express (2915), Haridwar Mail (9105) and Aravali Express (9707) run daily from Ahmedabad to Jaipur and have both AC and Sleeper accommodation.
There is also the Swarna Jayanti Rajdhani express which runs from Ahmedabad to Delhi 6 days a week (except Monday).
Ashram and Rajdhani are the best & fastest trains, both start in the evening between 5pm and 6pm.
Haridwar Mail starts in the morning at 9:50am. Aravali express is even earlier at 5:45am.
There are a few more trains which are either once or twice a week services.
