Delhi is very cold.. and in mumbai u will have a humid climate.
wont even feel cold in winters..
december is the best place 2 visit India..
U can wear anykind of cloths.. but at religious places wear decent cloths (that wud cover ur body fully).
U can find lot of malls in mumbai where u can get all sort of cloths.. designer as well as trendy.

Delhi is very cold in December and you will need heavy woolens. Mumbai and Goa and only slightly cool and not cold and therefore you will only need light clothes. In Delhi, you can see the Parliament house, Red Fort, India Gate, Qutub Minar, Akshadham Temple, etc. and in Mumbai you can see Gateway of India, Marine Drive, Elephanta Caves, CST Station building, etc. and Goa has plenty of nice beaches to enjoy !

Ofcourse there are lots of shops...in Delhi the markets are Connaught Place, South Extention and Karol Bagh and in Mumbai some are Bandra Linking Road, Colaba Causeway, etc.
