Kerala is a good place to visit. June will be a rainy season at Kerala. I feel 2-3 days is too short to visit Kerala. Atleast you need to have 5-7 days to get a complete experience of Kerala. You can plan your visit in the following manner.

Day 03: Munnar
Day 04: Kumarakom / Alleppey
Day 05: Kovalam
Day 06: Kovalam
