I know that I regret ever losing my virginity before marriage and she may regret it too. We make mistakes in our lives, but we have to move on. The past is the past. She'll be with you forever and noone else. You are the one she wants to marry not those other guys. You knew she was of different religion in the first place, so you have to expect that there are things that are different than yours. I know that this is very important to you, and she probably wishes you would have been her first and last. If you love her, don't hold this against her. Forgive her and move on together. There is so much you two can enjoy together instead of hanging on to this. I wish I could help in a better way. Good Luck and God Bless.

If you love someone, you love them no matter what. There are more important things than a hymen, dear.

McAtterie
Would you feel the same if she had broken her hymen by falling into a fence when she was 5? If not, are you disgusted by the fact she's had sex while you have not? Or are you afraid she has experience that you have not? If you like, I suggest you watch the Kevin Smith film 'Chasing Amy', which deals with worse dilemma's and comes up with an answer too.

Why does it bother you that she's not a virgin? R U?

Whats one little cookie missing, when the rest of the box is all yours?

Stars-Moon-Sun
She has not cheated you. Go on and marry if you love her. This happened way before you, don't hold that against her.

natuerwoman
SO she's not a virgin. That's not a big deal these days. Have you tried talking to her and asking her about it????? If you are having second thought about the marriage because of that. Then It would seem too me that you should not marry each other. Clearly she would be better off without you. I understand that these things may be important In INDIA, but things are different now. After all it is the 20 th century. Isn't it?? Look at the time's we live in. There are much, much worse things to worry about. I hope you decide to look past all of this and go ahead with the marrige. Good luck!

if you love each other this shouldn't be a problem. so what she had a bf before you? if she's ready to ignore all the barriers of religion and so she must be really en-loved with you! be careful, if you think like this you are as prejudiced as your parents are.

YOU DIDNT FALL IN LOVE WHITH HER VERGINATY DID YOU ? SO BE A MAN AND GET OVER IT SHE DIDNT CHEET ON YOU SHE PROBLE DIDNT KNOW YOU THEN AND ITS A LITTLE NIEAVE TO THINK SHE HAD NO LIFE BEFOR YOU

Rae
Who cares if she is a virgin. If she had sex with another guy WHILE you were dating then it matters, if not, then leave it alone. You indian men think that all women have to be virgins to be a good person. Are YOU a virgin??? Most men and women no longer wait until marriage to have sex. If you love and respect her then you should take her as she is, and not make a big deal out of nothing. If you dump her just because of that it makes you shallow and nothin but an asshole.

ricky
if you are prepared to go against everything to marry her then i feel you can put this aside.
in my country it would be extremely rare to find someone who was a virgin by the time you were old enough to get married.
it really shouldn't affect your love for her. that is the past let it go and be happy with her. be happy with the now.
good luck with your future.
she hasn't cheated on you or your love if this happened b4 you were 2gether. that is life.

You should probably ask this on the Indian site.

You are on the US site, and quite frankly, we don't give a rat's @$$ about virginiity. Inexperience isn't what most people are looking for!

It's a cultural thing.

So if you love her, you love her. End of story.

if u really love her then why do u bother about her virginity......ter r so many other things n luv....jus forgive n forget....

Does it really matter that she has a Past?.. this is today and its you who she loves...are you a virgin? have you had a past?....you say you trust her yet feel cheated....how has she cheated on you?.. i think you need to grow up and be in the reall world. we are in the 21st century.. don't listen to your friends you should follow your heart and marry this gilr who you love

good Luck

if you love her this shouldn't change anything unless she lost her virginity after you started dating in which case she cheated on you. if for you the fact that she is not a virgin is a very painful thing which you cannot get passed then there is nothing any of us can say, the relationship will not work in this case, because you will constantly think about the fact that she had sex with someone else.

So, You loved her because you thought she was a virgin?
That is not Love.
Love bear all things
Love know not religion
Love don't ask qestions like why me
Love don't hate because I am not a virgin
Love endures all things
Love forgive and forget
Love increase when there is something to hate about.
God is Love - from the scriptures (Bible).
