How come the students there have tuitions after school and even in school they have study time? When can they get to enjoy their life? Aren't they throwing away their childhood? :(

No it is not good to smoke anything. It damages your lungs and those of the people you are around. It is dangerous to have cigarettes and lighters around children - they might eat something they really shouldn't or play with the lighter and start a fire. If you are dating a non smoker and you go to kiss that person, they will feel like they have licked an ashtray (yuck). So no it is not good to smoke.
