honeymoon means just 2 people so avoid busy places .in northindia mussorie can be a good choice it will bea offseason and you can get best bargain say 50% in hotels etc

kull manali shimla is also ok ,and dont be afraid of winter, you will not feel it when you are with your loved one

Goa or kerala... Kovalam, munnar etc etc

Darjeeling, shim la, kullu-manali, ranikhet, mussorie if you don't want to go for any crowded place but these are hilly places.

and i would say it doesn't matter what place u go as long as u both are together....but still i would say "bedroom" gotta be the most romantic place for 'two week honeymoon'...;)

I can surely guess from your question that you are not from India,want to have TWO weeks romantic honeymoon trip etc. I may suggest you my independent answer to you question as per the itinery given below:

(1)Visit OOTTY (Tamil Nadu State),you will enjoy the
Natural Beauty plus the Best liked climate.

(2) Then proceed to GOA a well known place for all
honeymooners and worth enjoying in all the ways.

(3) Then proceed to Internationally renowned place
called "GOD'S OWN COUNTRY' - The State of
KERALA and try to cover the following Tourist
places:
(1) Trivandrum the State Capital where
you will enjoy one of the World's most
famous/valued place - THE kOVALOM
BEACH.

(2) The place " MUNNAR" (Hill Station)

(3) THEKKADY Wild Life Santuary

(4) ALLEPPY Back-waters and have a
World famous HOUSE BOAT Ride.

(5) Then proceed to nearby COCHIN
where you will enjoy a number of
places of traditional/historical and
Natural value.

I think, with this, your estimated TWO weeks honeymoon trip to India wiil be over. Then proceed to the very near INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT called "NEDUMBASSERY" to fly back home. Best wishes & Best of luck.

Dalhousie, Kullu, Manali, Shimla will be alright. Lots of cold be there, so be prepared.
