It's an interesting country. I have friends there who seem to like it. The people I know are very intelligent and resourceful. The country has its economic problems and its population issues. The food is great. |

Soon to be the largest nation in the world by population, rapidly advancing. India will, in twenty years time, be one of the two or three most powerful countries in the world, if it isn't already. It is a wonderfully diverse country, but there are problems that must be solved. They need to raise the standard of living across the board, and that will be difficult to do. |

The modern India has such a nice blend of civilization in the World, which can't be found anywhere else.
It has preserved its rich traditional good values of humanity, culture and society (collective living in harmony). It has rare gifts from nature. It is the largest democracy. It has been the core of spirituality. It has modern industries, latest techniques, indigenous art of living, and the capacity to lead and show path of prosperity taking all the sections of the society along.
The landscapes are among the best in the world. Nature has been very kind to India in its blessings. Plenty of natural resources at disposal. People are friendly, co-operative, have plenty of human values. Variety of festivals, food, dresses, languages, traditions....a lot to mention. |

I am an Indian.It's my country and I am proud of it.We have our problems but then which country doesn't?We are the worlds largest democracy and we are the only country existing today which has such a multi-lingual and multi-cultural society.We are progressing fast and I believe we will be there sooner rather than later. |

Namaste..great country...very beautiful, gr8 food, lots of festivals, intelligent and friendly ppl..i could go on forever but..i'll just conclude with the following sayings:
1)sare jahan se aacha hindustan hamara...
2)Dharthi par agar kahi swarg hai to bas yahi hai yahi hai yahi hai..
3)East or west, india is the best!!!! |
