the value of rupee has increased n will not come down in the nearing future at least... simultaneously the dollar value has come down.. right now the bpo industry along with the it industries n the nano technology and biotechnology sectors will fall down.... the companies come hear because we are cheap laborers and we give them the best quality... once they start earning less than they used to.... they ll certainly push out people using dirty politics and they ll move to establish in countries like the islands of Philippines etc.... so only.... i insist.... "GOVERNMENT JOB IS THE BEST JOB".....

I think the future is a bit complicated. There are new destinations like China and Philippines which are rapidly embracing the English media and they are capable of providing quality manpower. While India enjoys the superiority and experience in this field, however, retaining the workforce has been a major setback. This is mainly because scope of growth is really limited and rewards for achievement is not very stimulating in most of the BPOs. India has to solve the problem really fast, else the dominance in BPO sector will be the past very soon.
