Let me tell what Karnataka has;

1) Its a pretty Green & Clean place to live, people are friendly & co-operative.

2) Karnataka is the house for all major IT industries like Wipro, Infy, TCS ....endless.

3) Karnataka has beautiful places to c. Right from natural habitats to world famous bird sanctuires, to Elephent training Camps to snake park etc...even Hill Station, Beaches etc..u name it we have it

4) its popular for its Aviation Clubs & industries first in India.

5) Its a place for Adventure sports like White Water Rafting, Natural Fishing, SKy Diving, Bunjee Jumping endless again.

6) Its famous for its glorius hereitage, whihc can be seen from many Temples & Historinc places like Belur, Halebidu, Badami, Paddadakallu, Iehole, Bijapur , Shravanbelagola etc.

Its also famous for Mysore Palace.

7) Its popular for its Scineitifci society like Amateur Radio Club, Science Club, India's Only Robotic Development Center, Space Center, endless again....

8) Karnataka is a best blend of Classic Heritage & Modern Cosmo lifestyle. Right from banglaroe to Belguam to Mangalore you'll find joyfull lifestyle.

If anybody says Karnataka has nothing special, it simply shows his lack knowledge about Karnataka.

come, visit Karnatak to experience it.....

Every state in India is special in its own way... Thats because India is so culturally and linguistically diverse.

Karnataka is one of the three states in Inida formed with the local language as the basis. People in Karnataka speak Kannada, though in some parts(west coast) Tulu and Konkani are also spoken.

Bangalore is the capital of Karnataka, and is known as the Silicon Valley of India, for the large number of IT companies it houses. It is known for its cosmopolitan culture. Kannadigas (local karnataka people) claim less than half the population of Bangalroe.. And it is also known to have the highest concentration of pubs.

Mysore, the historical capital of Tippu Sultan, is also in Karnataka. Tippu Sultan was the king for the majority of Karnataka, before the british took over. He is known for his war against the british colonisers, and is given the honor of being the first Freedom fighter. Mysore is a major tourist attraction for palace of Tippu, and other buildings dating to his rule.

Karnata is also known for the many historical temples it houses, and western ghats that pass through the state (being ideal spots for trecking or holidaying) and some characteristic art forms developed there.

You could visit some tourism sites for more info..
