I would say Home is where the heart is.
Being the child of a Service Officer, I have not stayed put in a place for more than 18 months. We keep moving and make each place our home. We live life to the fullest where ever we are.
Having said that I'd say it is not the place, city or town that makes a place cool to stay in. It is you your self who makes the difference.

i think if u wanna earn...n get a cool livelihood...man MUMBAI rocks...its like...its gives u everythg...but even takes many thgs frm u...but personally mumbai rocks...living here frm past 19 yrs..i mean rit frm my birth...i know dis city quite well.....
but other cities to live r....banglore and hyderabad....
others r really not dat good....but dis 3 are very nice....now its all up to u!!!!
