We Pakistanis were idiots who fought several wars with India and lost a lot of money/energy on hypocrite Kashmirs in the past.

Divide J&K into 3 states: Ladakh, Kashmir and Jammu.
Let there be free elections in Kashmir state.
Let the MLAs of Kashmir take their own decisions.
Leave the vested interests like the army out of the dialogue process.
