Mainly to say is Family Structure. There is famous quote that if you want to be happy thro out your life marry an Indian Girl. Not only girl even all Indian by birth they are very committed towards their family. In world only in India very less elders all staying Old Age Homes when comparing the total number of elders. Yougner generation respects their elders like dad, mom, grand pa even some time great grand parents. Only due to the compulsion to earn more they are moving out of town to modern urban area which is forcing them to live in isolated families otherwise they live in joint family where taking care of children is done by grand maa and not Baby sitting places.

It is our national identity. We are Indians. And no country in the world has such a diverse and heterogeneous population as is found in India. Our divisiveness shows up all too often. But come national crisis - we are united in protecting Mother India from any agression. Come a moment of national glory - we are united in our applause. That is because we are Indians and our heart beats for India. That is the best thing about India.

Laloo Prasad Yadav :-) ...just kidding

Seriously, the children still prefer to stay with their parents. I believe most of the people from western countries will find this strange. India is the only place where youngsters pay respect to their elder and parents by falling at their feet. They ask for their parents' opinion and advise. Unfortunately this is changing now.

There is no such concept as 'BEST' in India. This is why it is still a 3rd world country.
