My answer to this have two parts (1) Climatically (2)Event wise.
Climatically those who fear from hot summer, the period from Oct.15th to Mar.15the every year. In other way Mid October to last of November. And then Mid Jan.to last of February every year.
Events wise, in Delhi the Main Festival/celebrations are (1) Holi (2)Dusserha(3)Republic Day Celebrations (4) Christmas & New Year celebrations etc. any many more celebrations on relevant or religion/caste based. This has to be seen or understood from authorised sources as the exact days changes in some cases based on religious rituals etc. |
