The biggest employment generator is Agriculture. However there are also a lot of people in the unorganized sector - daily wage workers, construction/road workers, small retail shops, etc. |

farm worker, by far,but lately they have a burgeoning IT industry, but I have been to loads of indian city's and shop workers are every where millions of them the idea of supermarkets, or shopping centres have reached much of india so everything you can think of is sold in an individual shop , one shop just for umbrellas, one shop just for tea, one shop just for cameras, and one shop for computers, its full of shops |
