you can book the tickets through www.indianrail.gov.in. And the fare for sleeper class is Rs.421 if booked under tatkal add Rs. 150.

the normal fare for a 2nd class sleeper is Rs.429... if you plan to get the ticket in the last minute then you will be charged Rs.150 in addition for tatkal charge... you can book your tickets online in the site www.indainrail.gov.in
