Brahmothsavam happens during the month of October that is during the Durga Puja time. But that is the best time to visit Tirumala, you may have to wait anywhere between 15 hrs to 40 hrs to get a glance of the deity. Best offseason time is after diwali before shakaranthi, after April 14 before September 15th.
Peak seasons, New Year Jan 1, Brahmothsavam, Pathmosavam April Fist week and Diwali during these periods avoid gng to Tirumala |

Dear devotee,
All the time is right time for a place like tirupati. Just feel fortunate that you are getting an opportunity to visit "HIM". Brahmotsavam will be during Sept-Oct every year. |

Generally August/September are the best months to visit Tirupati. The reason is all the holidays are over for children as well as the elders. Further Brahmotsavam will be during Duserrah. So last week of September/1st week of October will be Brahmotsavams.
So August/September will be the right time to visit Tirupati. |

It is better to go between November and February because it is very cold during that time,it is bearable to stand in the queue for darshan and there are less number of devotees. |

This is the right time to visit Tirupati , there is no much rush (information from temple sources only). Temple authorities are expecting heavy rush from 21.12.07 onward because of continuous holidays coming for offices, schools due to Christmas and January 1. Generally people prefer to be at tirupati for Jan1 and hence heavy rush will be there. Apart from this, this month being the auspicious month for vishnu devotees , rush can be expected. Better visit soon before 25.12.07. Hope you will get nice darshan. |

If you want to visit during off peak hours it is impossible. All the time during the year you find heavy rush. If you are considering the wheather then the months of Nov and Dec are good less hot. Also try week days not sundays or any other holidays |

Weather: Cool until Jan-Feb
Crowds: Don't go between Dec-22 and Jan7th. Very crowdy.
Brahmotsavams: Just Over. No chance now.
Where r u based?: If you happen to be situated in a place where Tirumala Tirupati Devastanam (TTD) has an office, you can go and reserve for Darshan or Archananantara Seva. The time slot will be about 5.00AM when you will be allowed to have darshan of Lord from very little distance. You can feast your eyes with the Closest Darshan. You can log on to TTD site to know the locations where their offices are situated. Happy Darshan. |

Dear friend
I don't think there is specific time to visit Tirupathi. If you have time to visit in working days it will be better to have dharshan with ease. Also you have got all the facilities for Bathing/Toilet/derssing provision along with Cloak room at free of Cost that too with much neatness.
A real pilgrimage to visit by every Indian.
