Its hot and humid in New Delhi. Fans and air coolers don't work and you would not find it easy to travel around if you are used to A/C. No monsoon (rains) yet.
But if you have alreeady plan your trip dont be discouraged go for it you will adjust gradually. And once you find yourself surrounded with all that food you will forget the heat instantly ;)

It is the monsoon season, so it is very rainy, make sure you have rain coats and umbrellas with you. It is pretty hot also, so normal summer clothes will work fine.

Be prepared for Dust Storms. It's an interesting feature in Delhi this time around.
