the place where u can be happy , seem to be the best to u but the place that makes u depressed and sad, that place is the worst!!
Maybe u have had such an experience !!!!!!!
But dont judge from one such experience !!!

well sad that,did you see all this yourself and you just did nothing yourself.this is very sad.
i have seen disputes in me time but no place or people in india are worst ok.they are all very nice so long as you don't upset them in any way.

Well, I can narrate of similar instances in cities like Delhi, Ahmadabad (during the riots witnessed some thing very very ugly and unthinkable - still shudder when remembering it), in New York and Amsterdam all of which I have either witnessed or learnt from close friends, some of whom were the victims. I'm sure there are others in this community who have had bad experiences in other places. At this rate, it would mean that the world is an ugly place! While I agree that many experiences un-nerve us and can prejudice us into having a particular type of opinion about a place or person, its equally true that these may be stray incidents and every place has something good to offer.

Bihar. As soon as the train enters Bihar territory, the dirt, the uncouth , unkempt atmosphere is revolting. One can't get even clean 'Bisleri'. And look at our Rail Minister Laloo Prasad Yadav, he was spitting himself while repramanding the railway staff for uncleanliness.
Physically you can't call anyone ugly but their behaviour is.
And it is heart-rending to read about your experience in W. Bengal.

There is nothing in this world which can be termed ugly. Everything , everyone and everyplace is a magical creation of the Lord. Its just ones perception which terms them ugly.

Has to be West Bengal, and Calcutta by far the worst and ugliest city in the world. As for looks, I dont think Calcutta deserves the ugliest slot, the ladies of Calcutta are the prettiest by far!

All the places are good. It depends on the persons eye and taste to take it as good or ugly.
