Other then that you will alway find somebody who is happy to help you for free.

SPIRITUALITY, in a few places in India (in some places, it is expensive!), is free: so also, the blessings you collect from temples and other places of worship! Other than that, free air to breathe, in some rural areas, and some love&compassion to go with it! Can't think of many other things in todays India! |

Except the fourth one Sameer is right and so is Hunk but I would add temple visits, some yoga/meditation, medical, ved studying camps and other camps run by religious institutions and plenty of free advice from people .Gossips and incessant chatting with people too Ofcourse besides free sample products in malls,schools etc that are distributed rarely |
