Put up urself in any hotel in and around Banjara Hills and u will get all the fun all through the night, on all days. If u feel bored visit the Historical places like Golkonda fort, SalarJung museum Charminar, for still more fun visit Ramoji flm city.

There are lots of places but why on earth would someone travel halfway around the earth and visit the pubs etc? Dont you have them at your place?

The logical thing to do would be to check out the places of historical interest. The city is after all more than 400 years old.

Then again, that's what "I" would do. Different strokes for different folks.

I recommend looking at a lot...there's the salar jung museum, and charminar, which are very historical.
but best of all was 'snow world.' that was awesome cuz it's snow everywhere and it seems so real. they have sleds and slides and everything there. so if you come from a place where it doesn't snow, you've gotta see snow world.
and ramoji film city, cuz it's a place where movies are taken, and it's fascinating cuz there's so much to see. there are some rides there too. like a twirly one..that was fun. you can also take lots of pictures there.
there are also lots of stores and malls and you find lots of stuff there.
i also recommend watching a movie in the imax theater in hyderabad. because first, you see people from all over the world there, and there are arcades, games, and LOTS of movies. it's a huge place and it's totally awesome, plus great food from all over the world.
but pubs, discos, i don't think you haveta go all the way to india for that.

Hey Katie its nice to know that ur visiting my home town, well its not a prob to get the spots of ur taste, but the thing is it will be better for u to have a friend in Hyd, there are so many pubs in Hyd but among those few are the best like Touch, Bottles n Chiminey's, 10 Downing Street, Twister etc. Just stay in or around Banjara Hills where there are few star hotels so that u can access easily to those pubs at ur leisure, by the way if u get time just freek around tank bund, Neck lace road, Charminar and Birla Mandir so that u will taste the essence of Hyd, n one more thing we have Snow world and IMAX Theatre which are the biggest in Asia, Snow World where u find ur self as if ur in snow of Switzerland and the IMAX which is Biggest Screen in the world just dont forget to visit these places if u want to chill out ur trip, and last but not least just have Hyderabadi Biryani as its our traditional food a bit spicy will keep u remind every time u think of Hyderabad,

if ur interested
u can seek guidence, just put a mail
